Feel me.
I am strong and fierce, yet I am soft and gentle.

I do not indulge in negative emotions.

Don't try to outsmart your boss.
Take your focus and your energies away from what he is doing to you
Instead, focus on acknowledging who you are.
Become aware of your being, of the 'I AM presence' that you are.
As you turn your attention to building self-esteem,
your love of yourself and capacity to love others,
he will not be able to affect or harm you.

Observe how he is operating in the world -
dishonestly, out of fear and greed.
There is much weakness in the character of an individual who functions this way.
Have compassion for him.

Stand up for yourself, yes.
But do it with a sense of love and compassion.
It is about feeling your heart chakra,
and letting your strength and power come from your heart,
from love - and not from your fears.

Your fears cause you to be scattered, impulsive,
intense and overly dramatic.
The power of love in your heart allows you
to breathe deeply and slowly -
to pause, and then respond, not react.

No one has power over you unles you give them your power.
Take your power back.
Stop thinking and fearing and focusing energy on how he can hurt you.
This is how you give your power away.
Instead bless him.
Bless the outcome of the situation.
Finally, after you take right action and bless the results,
place it God's hands...
And remember your sense of humour.
You take things too seriously.
Tak the life-and-death attitude out of it.
Remove yourselve from indulging in the dramas,
and start enjoying the process of life, of growth.

Bless the good that will come form having to interact with him in your life.
You will learn and grow here.
The universe placed him in your life right now for a reason.
This situation, which you think is disempowering you,
is in truth just what you need to work with
in order to become more empowered.
If he wasn't there, you would have attracted
another situation and another person to treat you the same way,
in order to activate this very same lesson and healing.
So use this experience in this way.
And stop resisting who he is,
stop trying to change him.
Change yourself instead.

It's such a magnificent journey.

An attractive offer the Dark Lord Palpatine did make

But alas! He sold his soul to the Sith!
And there began his descent into living hell
Only to culminate in a fateful duel...

Obi-Wan could not win him back
All the Jedi came under attack...
Darkness pervaded
Darkness invaded...

Encased in mask and machine
The poor soul of Anakin
Now named Darth Vader
Subservient to the Emperor...

Till Young Skywalker came
And defeated the false claim
That Anakin was no more good
But believed all he could

And there released his father's pain
Into the Light again
Into peace Anakin did finally die
To live again once more with the Jedi...

And so that is how life is

Witakawasi

From time to time Yoda comes across interesting words
from another community inthis Great Galaxy...

Today Yoda came to learn a word of Native American origin..
Or so Yoda is told..

Witakawasi... means "all my relations"
And I am at peace to know that
Though the Great Jedi Purge sacrificed many true and good Jedi
Yet they are not lost
They are indeed one with the Force
And more powerful thann you can ever imagine

For they are no longer encumbered by crude matter -
Their physical bodies or the physical matter in the external environment
Like the Light sabres they once wielded
They can now transcend all matter and space
They can now reach us even closer than we think and know

Let's train ourselves to be Force-Sensitive
Be quiet and look, listen and feel
There is much to be observed and sensed...
Though Jedi training can be extremely difficult at times
It is not altogether impossible

The Force is with us
The Light side of the Force is open to us
Avoid the ways of the Dark Side
They are not worth pursuing in depth
They are not worth meditating upon and deliberating

Do not waste precious time
trying to understand Fear or make it go away
Offer Peace and Reconciliation as a Defence
First, always..
And only when all else fails, battle it out
With your Light sabers...

Ours is a Code of Light, never Darkness
Never easy, but possible
Because witakawasi..
All my relations are with you..
All the Jedi are with you

Honour Light, not Darkness

And so the above episode comes to a close
and a new one begins with an empowered Plo Koon
Such is the working of the Force
Without external environments and forms
The Force cannot be understood to exist and dynamically be at work
The internal environments within all living forms
also serve to confirm the reality and power of the Force at work

All things binding... and unbinding
The Force is at work
One must be mindful and sensitive to its essence and movements...
How do Jedis fly their fighter ships?
How do they wield their light sabers?
Without training one cannot learn how to bind with the Force

Training is a moment by moment realization that
the Force is indeed within us and around us and in others
It gives us the great power to choose
Jedis are Warriors of Light
Siths are Warriors of Fright

Learning the ways of the Force is one thing
Learning the ways of the Jedi is the true challenge
