Confrontation at Kamino

Yoda and Qui-Gon set out early morning
to Kamino.
We observed Plo Koon and the Clones from afar.
So far, Order 66 has been reset by Lama Su.
The Clones are under Plo Koon's command again.

Yoda and Qui-Gon proceeded to Dexter's Cafe.
We discussed the possible offense strategies
Darth Tyranus might employ...

At last, the moment came!
Darth Tyranus came together with Lama Su
...And Sly Moore!
(What in blazers was Sly Moore doing at Kamino?)

Ah, perhaps she had taken offence
when Yoda divulged important historical data
from the Holocron which revealed her sinister secrets
to the unsuspecting Lama Su..

Master Qui-Gon is commendable!
With meditated calm, he held darth Tyranus at bay.
Darth Tyranus was all fidgety and lashing about rather carelessly.
Yoda was consequently irritated.

Ha Ha! It was good to see Lama Su astounded
at his superior's lack of decorum!
How unbecoming! Tut Tut!

Master Qui-Gon held negotiations in
low, understated, nevertheless firm tones.
Lama Su was observing all this while.
Sly Moore was plotting her offence.
Each time Yoda spoke, Lord Tyranus interrupted..

It is extremely trying whenever
you have to deal with a Sith Lord..

There was an extremely great disturbance in the Force..
Yoda was undeniably uncomfortable..
Qui-Gon, however, exchanged Force-filled words
with the impulsive Dark Sith..

Yoda wielded his Lightsabre twice with Lama Su looking on,
amazed.
Lama Su was watching to see what Darth Tyranus would do.
Qui-Gon, however, maintained Peace and continued to
negotiate,
steering the confrontation forward..
hopefully to some positive end..

Well done, Master Qui-Gon!
You were able to subdue Darth Tyranus!
You made Darth Tyranus cut some deals..
Sly Moore lashed one at Yoda.
Following Qui-Gon's cue, Yoda took the lash..
Yoda then announced.. More to the benefit of Lama Su..
That though historical data was acessible to the Sith,
such data was also retrievable from the Jedi Holocron..
So no one can hide from the truth and the light..

Qui-Gon issued a challenge to Darth Tyranus..
To improve the system at Kamino
That Order 66 should not recur..
Last year, a Jedi Knight was wounded by one of the Clones.
This year, Plo Koon was attacked twice!
(Not to mention the countless lashes and injuries in the past!)

Darth Tyranus made a pact..
More for visual and audio effect..
Yoda and Qui-Gon bowed graciously and exited Kamino..

About Force-Sensitivity

Ben 'Obi-wan' Kenobi:

The Importance of Unlearning

Luke Skywalker:
Master, moving stones around is one thing.
This (raising an X-Wing Fighter from a swamp) is totally different.

Yoda:

Only different in your mind.
You must unlearn what you have learned.

Luke Skywalker:
All right, I'll give it a try.

Yoda:

Mission Kamino

An urgent message was despatched to Lama Su today.
Yoda mentioned that Master Qui-Gon expressed great interest
about the recent Clone Attacks against Plo Koon.
Master Qui-Gon is seeking information about the meetings
Lama Su has held recently in Kamino with the Chief Droids involved.
The Jedi Council is hoping to negotiate and resolve this matter
as peacefully as possible without incurring more casualties.


Lama Su replied in the afternoon.
Said Darth Tyranus has called for a meeting.
Yoda issued a decided reply to Lama Su.
Yes. Yoda and Master Qui-Gon concur.
Both of us will be representing the Jedi Council
and we will be at Kamino tomorrow at 900 hours.

Darth Vader

Fear has another name.
It is called Darth Vader.
F.E.A.R stands for False Evidence Appears Real.

That was the vision Luke had when he entered
the Forbidden Cave at Dagobah.
The figure of Darth Vader came towards him
and Luke sliced through the ominous image
with his Lightsabre.
Though Darth Vader's head fell to the ground,
the mask dissipated to reveal
Luke's own face and image..

We all FEAR within us
in varying degrees.
If we can fight the fear within us,
we will be more luminous.

Meeting with Lama Su

Yoda went down to Kamino this morning.
It was an unexpected meeting for Lama Su.
We held some negotiations.
At the same time, we were finding out more about each other's intentions
- behind the words spoken
- beneath the tone of voice used
- by each other's facial language
- by each other's silent behaviour
Lama Su is new to the project.
As is Taun We.
Yoda knows more about the project than either both of them.
Lama Su has met with the two Chief Droids.
Yoda is not afraid if Count Dooku or General Grievous were to appear at Kamino.
Yoda had to reveal some of the painful events from the Holocron.
Lama Su was surprised.
Perhaps, he taught I was only another General of one of the Clones.
The Force is at work now.
We should see some progress.
For now, the droids have been kept at bay from Plo Koon.
But Qui-Gon and Yoda are not letting the Chief Droids get away.
We will be patient.
We will let Lama Su and Taun We sort out their project.
We will meditate and let the Force guide us.
When it is time to strike,
we certainly will.

Duel At Kamino

Red alert! Red alert!
Clone attack at Kamino!
Send back-up Jedi Knights to rescue Plo Koon!
Plo Koon has been held captive!

Friends of the Republic have offered to help.
However, allies with Siths are delaying the rescue process.
Nevertheless, Yoda will mobilize the unseen Force.
Plo Koon must be protected at all costs!

Two faithful Wookiees are on standby with ammunition ready.
The Sith Lord is busy with administration matters.
If need be, Yoda will call him up.
For now, the plan is to negotiate with Sith allies.

The duel will begin in a few days time.
All Jedis meditate first and unite with the Light side of the Force.
Attack where need be and no more.
We still must respect all living things, in any form.

Dangers at Hoth

It is so sad to witness younglings getting injured at Hoth.
Everytime I have to visit Hoth, there is a great disturbance in the Force.
The younglings can feel it too.
Sometimes you can't really tell who are the Jedis and who are the Siths.
They all seem so nice and responsible.
But behind closed doors, gossip, rumour, conspiracies take place.
How many younglings have been struck down and removed from Hoth?

Indeed some Jedis have become like Count Dooku... a Separatist Jedi allied with the Sith!
But for the few of us Jedis left..
Oh well, we go about our business like 'Ben' Kenobi who was called all sorts of names when he was living as a hermit in Tatooine..
We like Ben secretly go about protecting the younglings..
That is those younglings who have not altogether fallen to the Dark Side

This is what it means to have fallen onto the Dark Side -
Impatience, Arrogance, Blame, Accusations, Dishonesty..

Many younglings out of Fear display these above behaviours...
Showing off their speed
Too proud to be corrected
Quickly find a scapegoat
They are never wrong
They lie and deceive

Sigh.. Such truly cannot be Padawans..
So Yoda will plod along in disguise..
The Siths think I'm weak, dumb weird..
Yes Yes Yoda will hobble along..
It is good to be in disguise as a 'madman'..
Like 'Ben' Kenobi..
But we still practise our skills
And hopefully keep the Light side of the Force alive..

So long there is any Disturbance in the Force,
it is our duty, then, as Jedis to Protect the Peace.
